Courses Plus Student 6,480 PointsWhen i load the page in the browser my name which is the h1 and profession h2 don't show up because the background for some reason is white. Is my code for the background color correct?
Jonathan Grieve
Treehouse Moderator 91,253 PointsYou just need to select a backgound colour for the website, which is tyically done by selecting the body element in your CSS and giving it a value
body {
background: lightgreen;
}
Or you could set your h1 and h2s to black which is #000 or the absense of any applied colour.
Good luck :)

Treehouse Moderator 91,253 PointsHi there, Was there a question you wanted answered or just to share your progress so far. If not, good job on what you've done so far. :)
By the way I've changed your forum code a little bit so we can see your code a little better :)
Check out the markdown cheatsheet for how to add markdown for displaying your code.
