Appending value of Switch in a loop to an Array ?

I need someone to give me a hint for this Im kind of stuck . So this asks me to create a loop for a switch which would iterate through the values and append the ones for the respective continent ? I just need a hint and I'll go ahead and finish off the rest .

You need to append the value of the key. The for loop is for the key and the value.

     case "BEL", "LIE", "BGR": europeanCapitals.append(value)
     case "IND", "VNM": asianCapitals.append(value)
     default: otherCapitals.append(value)
     }
