app wont open in new emulator.....unfortunately app stopped

when i run an app on the new emulator it says the app stopped working and wont open it....but the emulator is working and the app is running on the default emulator

Hi Reinhard,

When the app stop it's because you have an error in your code. If you want the community to help you, you will need to provide the error that appear in Android Studio and your code.

thanks for answering but there is no error in my code....I created a new emulator and it will not run on that emulator...but its running on the previous emulator

Hi Reinhard,

May be your app minimum API level doesn't match with your new emulator API level. You should have an error message if your app stop working. Did you try launching your app with the debug button?
