API 27 and up: App crash due to notification builder issues.

Just a heads up, on API 27 and up, my app crashes when attempting to build the notification, and says "invalid channel for service notification". Can we get an update in the teachers notes at the very least???

This worked for me : Also the permission is needed to be added.
