Animation in many Treehouse Video

I think many a lot of videos in treehouse are pleasing, one of reason is the many cute animation (usually in flat design style) in the viedos (radio station animation in Treehouse Show, for example).

Can anyone tell how and by which software (AE ? or by what technology ?) they produce the animation in many video?
