Am I actually understanding or not?

I feel as if I'm not really understanding what I'm learning, even though I'm able to pass the quizzes and practise, but it seems as if I'm not grasping it at %100. It seems as if there's so much that I don't know to make complete sense of the tasks that are asked to be done. Is this normal and I will get better by continuing courses? Or am I just going with the flow and not actually understanding?

Same here but when you start to practice everything just sink in.
