AM CONFUSED

i want to switch to the techdegree program but am confused which one to choose between a FULL STACK JAVASCRIPT DEVELOPER or a FRONT END WEB DEVELOPER because it looks like Full stack javascript developer can do what a front end developer can do but not the reverse

Thats basically correct. Full Stack JavaScript teaches HTML, CSS, JavaScript AND quite a few of JavaScripts libraries, along with how to make web apps using JavaScript. Front End Web Developer on the other hand goes much more in depth with the HTML and CSS. If you are looking to make websites for small businesses, artists, or basically any website that is used to show a product, Front End Web Dev is a great option. If you are looking to make web applications then definitely go with Full Stack.
