Not so much a question, but something that I found very useful whilst working on my Windows box. Instead of installing the Git Client from their website, I've been using a Terminal emulator of sorts called Babun. It comes with Git pre-installed and offers an experience that's nigh on identical to using the Terminal. Give it a go. I'll leave the link below:
