Also cannot Launch Console

I'm using Mac OS 10 and I've tried three different browsers and restarting my computer and still can't get the console to open. I'm using my own Mac's console at the moment but as JIm has said that we would be better to use the Treehouse console for later work I hope I can get some help with this. Thanks.

hey Steven Quinn , I just tested this on my end and hit the same error. But I guess from the error message on the console that the devs are already looking into the problem, so this should be fixed soon ;)

Contacted support, they were able to fix an issue on their end and it works for me now.

I'm getting this error when I try to launch the console: "We're sorry. We're having trouble getting your computer set up. We are working on it right now. Please try again later." This is on Firefox on Linux Mint, although I also tried lauching it in Google Chrome and got the same error. I've been getting this for about an hour now. For the time being I'm using my computer's own terminal.

I only signed up to Treehouse today, but in spite of this problem I've found the whole experience to be very good. I prefer it to a lot of the other online tech training sites I've used over the years.

I'm having this issue as well, it looks like this is an ongoing issue for treehouse. Why are we paying for this?
