basically did what you said but added the utf-8 seemed to configure(as in nit changed colour, but still getting a Bummer message.

Treehouse TeacherBen Mohammad you're still doing great! And I promise you, you aren't the only one to get hung up on this particular step. You have extra spaces. That's it.
<meta charset="utf-8"> /* remove the spaces around the equals */
Just remove those spaces around the equals sign and you should be good to go! Keep coding
