After stopping the server by pressing CRTL + C, I am unable to start the server again?

What command will re-start the server. I tried to use bin/rails server again but this did not start the server.

What does it say when you run the command?

Maybe it's conflicting with the process still running so just stop it by typing in the terminal:

kill -9 $(lsof -i tcp:3000 -t)

If on windows and the above doesn't work try

fuser -k 3000/tcp

Then run

rails s
