Hey, i am making an online resume for myself, i did some browsing to find inspiration but did not help me a lot.
I need some advice what CSS and HTML structure should i use next to my all my skills titles to show what extent i have mastered those skills.
Thanks!

Do gigs for free to get experience and a portfolio of work or put together some mock sites to show how you've used your new skills. I would say that unless you are going to go all out and do some seriously impressive css work on your site, I would stick to making your site usable, legible informative and interesting. If you want to show some of your skills on your site though, make it clear that you are giving a demonstration of your knowledge, and not just adding 'gimmicks' for the sake of it.

That being said, we've got some great tips on resume writing at Team Treehouse as well, check them out here: http://teamtreehouse.com/career-resources/interview-tips
