155,055 PointsHi Munyaradzi,
1) The property you're looking for is textColor. It seems like your code is trying to set the textColor as if it's a Java variable named Color, but we are actually setting an XML value, and the XML we're using in this course has a tag-based syntax for setting property values.
2) While #ffffff is the proper hex value for white, we need to add an alpha value. The alpha value will be the first two characters at the beginning of our value after the hashtag (notice there are eight f's in my statement instead of six: those first two f's set the alpha value.)
3) To clarify alpha values a little more: they range from 00 (entirely transparent/clear) to FF (entire opaque/solid.)
android:textColor="#ffffffff"
Hope this helps!
