The right answer looks like this:

      <ul>
        <li>
          <img src="img/numbers-01.jpg" alt="">
        </li>
        <li>
          <img src="img/numbers-02.jpg" alt="">
        </li>
        <li>
          <img src="img/numbers-06.jpg" alt="">
        </li>
      </ul>

It appears you've added some link tags that aren't needed. Deleting them should do the trick. The important thing is that your image tags are right, and they appear to be. Consider yourself educated.
