The section where Zac says "Add the following code" Define('WP_HOME", "http://migratewordpressfromlocaltoliveserver.com') leaves me confused: should I put the new URL from the live site in there, or do I reference the old one, or do I reference both?
I've typed out all the steps for this before I migrate, and I want to make sure this will work. Any thoughts?
