Hey! I put your code in and it worked, but only when it was properly spaced out. Try putting each line of code on a different line:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>
    </title>
  </head>
  <body>
  </body>
</html>

Try formatting your code properly, then it works:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
      <meta charset="utf-8">
        <title></title>
  </head>
  <body>
  </body>
</html>
