Add a second parameter to the constructor

first i am cant understand the idea of the qes and second why do we have to use a second parameter to initialize the value ?

Frog.cs
namespace Treehouse.CodeChallenges
{
    class Frog
    {
        public readonly int TongueLength;
        public readonly int ReactionTime;

        public Frog(int tongueLength)
        {
            TongueLength = tongueLength;

        }

        public bool EatFly(int distanceToFly ,int reactionTime)
        {
            return TongueLength >= distanceToFly;
        }
    }
}

You're close, but the instructions say to add the 2nd parameter to the contsructor ("Frog"), not the "EatFly" method.

Then you'll still need to copy the parameter value to the field, and you should pass task 2.
