Yesterday I created the basic account (25 USD per month) with a FREE TRIAL. The availability of a FREE trial is the only reason I decided to register the account and check out the material here. I registered my Paypal account as a payment option and as I expected it has not been charged. But today I decided to cancel my Paypal payment option before the 7 days free trial period expires and see for the rest of the trial if I like the courses. Nevertheless, right after I canceled the sub, I lost access to courses! So I decided to put my Paypal credentials back and resume the enrollment. But, right after I did that, my Paypal account has been IMMEDIATELY charhed and it looks like my free trial has been discontinued. WTF??? Is it normal? Because on any other paid service which provides a free trial option you can cancel the subscription at any moment before the trial expires and you can still enjoy the trial till it expires and you decide if you should pay or not. Is there any way I could refund the money and cancel any subscription with the treehouse since this weird *bug is quite disturbing and disappointing?
