Accessing my support specialists on Slack

I joined Slack, I had an account but reactivated it, but how to I access my support specialists from Team Treehouse? Please explain that to me.

It appears that an invitation was sent inviting you to the FEWD Slack community, but you have not yet accepted the invitation. I would recommend that you first check your Account Settings to ensure that the email address we have listed for you is correct. If it is correct, double-check your email for the invitation link.

Once you accept the invitation, you will have direct access to the Student Success Specialists and other students who are on the same Techdegree journey. You can also visit the Join Your FEWD Techdegree Slack Community page at any time, to get the link to the Slack community.

I will also send you an email now, in case you have any follow-up questions or run into a snag with the Slack invite.
