Hi all.
I tried to access my website but got redirected to the Web Hosting for Students page saying I need FTP to upload my files. Does this mean going on to the Cyberduck thing?
Thanks.

Check with your hosting company how to and where to upload your files..

33,235 PointsI've chosen Cyberduck. I've clicked Allow on the Unknown Host Key dialogue box. Currently, there's a message in the bottom left corner of the window saying it's authenticating as my user name. It's taking a few minutes at the moment. I'm just crossing my fingers as there's not much else I can do. Thanks. :)

33,235 PointsIf the window continues to say it's authenticating my user name, does this mean I've done something incorrectly, or is it something I've failed to do? I'll take any help on offer from anyone, with thanks.
