in his example uses in php file a variable named $theme_dir , then load the function get_stylesheet_directory_uri(); and the result is assigned to the variable(theme_dir)
In few words we load our css folder(that contains every related file) and assigned to a variable named $theme_dir.
Please correct if not ok,
Why dont load instaed of css directory css file?
