A title element has to be between body element.

"<!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <meta charset="UTF-8"> </head> <body> <title></title> </body> </html>"

Title element is inside the body element. I dont understand :D

it goes in the head section..

the body element wil contain the contents of the website..things like

header (different from head) headings paragraphs lists footer
