4 cloumn layout.

Can you create 4 columns posts? How you do that if so?

Do you mean a layout where a single post is split into four columns? That is possible with CSS flexbox (not supported in older browsers).

You can also use a jQuery plugin to achieve a similar effect, like Columnizer http://welcome.totheinter.net/autocolumn/sample2.html

If you mean a blog listing grid-layout with four posts in a row, that is also possible with HTML and CSS. If you use Foundation, like in the video, just give the containing element for the blog list a '.large-3 columns' class.
