why is this wrong i dont understand

GoKart.java 
class GoKart {
  public static final int MAX_BARS = 8;
  private String color;
  private int barCount;

  public GoKart(String color) {
    this.color = color;
  }

  public String getColor() {
    return color;
  }

  public void charge() {
    barCount = MAX_BARS;
  }

  public boolean isBatteryEmpty(){
     return barCount == 0;
  }
 public isFullyCharged(){
     return barCount == MAX_BARS;
  }

You forgot to declare the return type of the method. It is returning a boolean so it's return type has to reflect that. If you add the return type like this:

public boolean isFullyCharged(){ // added boolean as return type
     return barCount == MAX_BARS;
  }

Then your code will work fine.
