Basically, using Ruby on Windows and:
a) Like one other person mentioned, it's handling white space without needing to do URI.escape. Can someone replicate this on Linux?
b) What's the difference between using "redirect" and "redirect to" like in the Sinatra examples (http://www.sinatrarb.com/intro.html under "Browser Redirect")?
