Courses Plus Student 4,778 PointsUsing the alt key in illustrator?
Due to poor z hand dexterity, I utilize the Macintosh sticky keys as a way around this deficit. However, an illustrator it is diffifcult to get a hold key to function properly. I've always considered alt the same as option but doesn't seem to work when you're trying to copy or drag objects. Are there any workarounds for this conundrum?

Courses Plus Student 4,778 PointsThanks Mat! top-tier education here on treehouse. I'm very impressed with the depth and details that the videos display. Your instruction truly rivals that of large-scale university settings such as mass art and museum school of fine arts. As an aside, I'd be interested if you have a video of just essential tools. For instance, a carpenter would want a hammer, a few saws, ladders etc. and occasionally utilize various specialty saws for different jobs.
In your workflow, what are your main tools?

Treehouse Guest TeacherHey Charles Southard
I am very much a fan of basic computer paper to sketch on and a micro sharpie marker. From there I bring my sketches/inkings into Illustrator. Sometimes I will use other tools if I have them readably available. For the most part its just the basic tools.
