My suggestion would be to take the Intro courses for each of those and see if one peaks your passion more than the other. If you find yourself more or less indifferent on which one you prefer more, have a look at Job Postings for where you would like to work, see what kind of language seems to be prevalent and / or the most likely to have a job "waiting" for you.
I know the feeling. I'm kind of stuck in that learning loop. I learn, like, but then wonder what about... ? So, I go and start learning that one, really like it, but then ... and repeat.
Just go with your gut and your passion and hopefully things find there way.
