    Let's take a look at coolors.co. 0:35

    coolors.co is a color inspiration website where users can generate color schemes. 0:42
    Let's assume that this site's users fall into these demographics. 0:50
    Users come from all over the world. 0:54
    They are mostly in the 25 to 35 age range. 0:57
    And most users are in the web development profession. 1:01
    Now that you have the specifics of a typical user, 1:07
    it's time to create an empathy map. 1:10
    To start, select a name and picture for this user. 1:13
    This makes the user feel more real and 1:17
    creates a clearer picture of who this person is. 1:20
    I recommend just finding a photo online. 1:23
    The empathy map you're going to create will help you develop a complete 1:27
    persona later on, so take the time to create a detailed map. 1:31
    Then you need to add details to each section of the empathy map 1:36
    in relation to coolors.co's website. 1:41
    What would this person say about the site? 1:45
    What would they be thinking as they navigate the site? 1:48
    What would this person do on the site? 1:51
    And how would they feel when visiting or using the site? 1:54
    Fill in the chart with your details, and 1:59
