My first bit of advice is to play to your strengths.

Not everybody can create epic videos or take beautiful photography.

Figure out what you're good at and start with that.

There are going to be days when you're not going to want to create content—

it's just human nature.

You're not going to in the mood to do it, and you're going to have to.

And if you're creating content that you're good at, it'll make it a lot easier.

So for me what that means—I think in images.

I think with photography. It's in my DNA. It's how I roll.

When I'm stuck and I don't know what to do one day,

I'll go out and take a picture of something.

I'll take a photo of something on my desk or something in the yard

or something wherever I am on the road, and I will share that

and find a story and write about that photo.

It sounds cliché—it may not sound that easy to you, but that's how I think.
